Beautiful riad run by a friendly team who is always happy to help you. It was easy to find, just a minute's walk from the nearest taxi drop-off point. As a solo traveller I felt safe coming and going, even at night. My room was spacious and exceptionally clean, the shower was hot and there was a hairdryer which was a plus. Breakfast was nice, they gave you a bit of everything and made it for you on the spot, and if you really wanted something else then the shops are literally around the corner. There's good WiFi, and I was also able to use my local SIM card the whole time as it had strong reception throughout the entire building. This was such a lovely place, I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you! :)

Great location, just around the corner from the medina. We had a brilliant room, spacious, warm, and fine view of Fes. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The breakfasts were wonderful and the trip they organised was perfect on a cold day. Cannot recommend it enough.

Our experience at this Riad was extraordinary. On arrival, the owner's son kindly offered his parking spot for our convenience, reflecting the safe, friendly neighborhood. The Riad itself radiates the family's love and warmth, making us feel like part of their family. Its excellent location made exploring easy and comfortable. Staying at Riad Jnane Fes Medina & Luxury Palace was one of the highlights of my trip to fez. The riad itself is stunning , a perfect blend of traditional Moroccan charm and modern comfort. But what made the stay truly special was the staff. Kenza welcomed us with the warmest smile and made me feel at home immediatly. Mostapha was equally wonderful --always attentive , and ready to help with anything i needed ,from directions to recommandations. Thanks to them, my time in fez felt effortless and memorable. The riad is absolutely beautiful and full of charm, in a fantastic location on a very safe street, and the locals are incredibly friendly. The terrace offers breathtaking views, accompanied by the cheerful, twinkling songs of birds.
