Highly recommend this hotel. Great location on the edge of Gueliz, a great area with a lot of bars and places to eat around every corner (especially Le Zar) Nice and uncomplicated/fresh breakfast in the morning and a rooftop bar/pool area that has a clear view of the mountains. It was cold when I was there in December but I can imagine that during the summer it would be great place to hang out during the evenings. Very friendly and helpful team working there who are more than happy to help arrange transportation, food recommendations, excursions bookings and everything else. I’m bad with remembering names but everyone was super friendly and a massive thanks for everything and making the short time I was there memorable. Also did a couple of spa treatments in the small spa in the lower floor, also highly recommended and thanks to that team too. Room was large, comfortable and quiet, wifi works perfectly

Second time here. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. Great location, very nice and modern hotel, we absolutely loved the roof top swimming pool. There was enough storage in the room and bathroom and the room was always perfectly cleaned every morning. The staff members were lovely and professional, we appreciated that they were not constantly asking for tips as it is very common in Morocco

we booked a trip to Marrakech last minute and chose Four Seasons. It is exactly as we expected and we have enjoyed greatly. First of all, the service is fantastic: staffs are friendly, responsive and considerate. Secondly, the heated family friendly pool/club, the child care facilities are amazing, we didn't even want to leave the hotel! In addition, the location is perfect: close to most of the attractions and the airport, it is also right next to a beautifal shopping mall. Thanks for giving us a wonderful vacation!
