It is in gueliz. And quiet more than medina for sure. At the same time close to medina.. and it is really clean property. With a nice roof pool. İt was the reason i chose it this hotel at first. Mohammed at the reception, made my day at the last day. He gave me a chance for late check out with the available room he had at that time. Hope to see them next time with same warm welcoming!

Amazing place! Excellent staff, very clean and perfect location. Very good and diversified breakfast. Nice rooftop pool area. The only negative is the ongoing work in the rooftop spa/hammam area, which is bothersome if relaxing at the pool or in the room during the day.

It was the most beautiful thing in Marrakesh. A literal piece of heaven. Don't even think about staying anywhere else. We would definitely come back. The room was stunning, so were the gardens and reception. The restaurant is out of this world, amazing food and wonderful service. The staff are soooo nice :)

The hotel is well-designed, friendly staff and properly clean. The staff is very attentive and aims to please and assist wherever possible. Furthermore, the rooms are very comfy with proper amenities and fast internet all over the property. Lastly, the restaurant was great with local and international options. We’ll definitely be back! The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk from Bab Laksour, the gate we used to enter . The rooms were very comfortable. We ended up in two different rooms, and both were comfortable, though the higher priced one on the ground floor was much larger. The bathrooms were ample, and there was plenty of hot water. The breakfasts were among the best in Morocco, and it was really nice to be offered various types of harira/soup in addition to breads and pastries. But, without a doubt, the highlight of our stay was the staff. We really enjoyed meeting and talking with Mohammed, Mou, and Redone. The gave us wonderful advice on places to visit and restaurants to try. We felt like we made friends there.

Avoid at all costs – Traumatizing experience and complicit staff We were two girls staying at this hotel in April. On the second night, I was violently assaulted right in front of the hotel: a man on a scooter tried to snatch my bag and dragged me several meters. The assault was captured on the hotel’s security cameras. Instead of supporting us, the hotel told us they knew the attacker’s identity through their “friends,” and then tried to force us to accept an apology by bringing the thief and his family into the hotel against our will. It was terrifying. I refused, despite pressure from the staff urging me not to file a police report. When we left, they changed the taxi price at the last minute, and then falsely reported to Booking that we never showed up at the hotel – even though we paid in cash and have proof of our stay. This hotel was not only irresponsible in the face of a serious assault but also tried to cover up the incident. This stay was a nightmare. I strongly advise against staying here, especially for women traveling alone or with friends.

Highly recommend staying in this tranquil place outside the centre. Easy taxi into the medina. Anas is the kindest guy. The rooms are immaculate and beautiful. The spa around the corenr is also a great way to spend the day. We will be back.
