We stayed in a triple room with balcony - it was spacious, modern, spotlessly cleaned & with all needed amenities. The complimentary water, sweets and handwritten welcome note made us feel genuinely special! The staff were professional, polite and incredibly helpful, providing a truly high standard of service 👏 Breakfast was a delicious buffet with plenty of variety. We also stopped for a lunch in hotel restaurant and it was just as impressive - both in taste and service. We felt exceptionally well taken care of, and without a doubt, we will be staying in Aurel again on our next visit. Huge thank you to all the employees from all departments!

The style matched the photos and had a unique atmosphere that gave us the impression of travelling back in time. The restaurant downstairs was perfect and made us feel like we were somehow living in 1970!
