Amazing location in one of the most beautiful places in Europe, surrounded by mountains and the seaside. The beds were super comfortable and I loved the gym, which is one of the most spacious I’ve seen with natural light coming in from everywhere. I love SIRO’s lifestyle concept with breakout areas for hanging out, working, conversing, an open kitchen with indoor/outdoor areas. To walk out into the square where there is an array of shops and a grocery store and even a rock climbing wall is amazing. And just one step away from the port. The rooftop wasn’t complete, but I took a people and the views and atmosphere are amazing. Staff were super friendly and accommodating, making our stay extra delightful. I had lunch at the restaurant which had the perfect blend of local and healthy cuisine. Definitely a place I can’t wait to return to.

Everything was great, and I’m very satisfied. The breakfast was excellent, the staff were kind, and the room was cleaned every day. The restaurant food was delicious, towels were replaced daily, and the terrace was lovely. The bed was also very comfortable.

Absolutely fantastic! Spacious and breautiful rooms, great interior design, with a great view from the balcony. Very quiet and calm place, yet not remote. Delicious breakfast. The staff is amazing, always with a smile on their faces, always ready to acommodate and help. Great job, everyone!

One of the best hotel's we have ever been! Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly and proffesional. Breakfast were rich, tasty and good quality. All the hotel equiped with high quality matterials and nice interier decissions. The hotel located right to promenada and many restourants, however in the roome was very quite with closed windows (we noted that windows are with three glasses!) La Roche will be definatelly our choice for the next trip to Tivat! Thank you for making our stay perfect:)

We had a lovely 3 night stay at Carrubba that sits right on the bay if Tivat. Gorgeous Stone walls and sea views. Clean spotless rooms the seaside theme aesthetic with a mixture of art and curio pieces makes for interesting decor. As a family we had 4 rooms. The suite on the ground floor. The large room in the Annexe and 2 rooms on the 2nd floor all overlooked the water. Unfortunately no lift so hauling luggage was a pain but staff helped out. Built around the carob street, starlings nestled over the entrance and a ginger cat rests peacefully in the sun. The restaurant attached- Punto Crudo has a lovely garden at the back as well the the seafacing terrace. The food is very good! The chef is well trained. Breakfasts are amazing with a "starter" of chia pudding a French pastry and fruit and the "mains" had amazing truffle eggs (real grated truffle) or cheesy French omelettes or Pancake with mascaporne and fruit compotes. Service was very good Nick who checked us in. Anna and Aleksandra were all amazing. We will definitely be back!

After spending some time in Tivat, living near Porto Montenegro — I can say it’s one of the most pleasant places I’ve stayed. The living here combines the best of a small coastal town and a lively, comfortable city. You get the sea, the yachts, the walking promenade, beautiful views of the bay and mountains — all just minutes from your apartment. Shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and everyday amenities are right nearby, making life easy and convenient. The climate, the sea breeze, the calm rhythms of life and friendly locals create a sense of peace and balance. It’s a perfect place if you want to be productive and at the same time enjoy relaxed Mediterranean living. For me — it’s a spot where hustle and comfort meet, where work and lifestyle find a smart balance. Tivat near Porto Montenegro feels like home and inspiration at the same time.

Tivat is a gorgeous town with the original town with few...

Tivat is a gorgeous town with the original town with few shops and bars/restaurants used by the locals. Porto Montenegro is a modern part of the town with lovely restaurants, designer shops and great facilities - still reasonable food and friendly staff. Tivat is a great base to explore the coastal resorts including Perast, Kotor, Budva etc. Public transport is not great so would recommend hiring a car - plenty of parking everywhere (although do your research to find the better car parks in each town as there are some dodgy private car parks which we managed to avoid).

I recently spent a few days in Tivat, Montenegro, and honestly, I was surprised by how much I fell in love with this little coastal town. It’s small, calm, and effortlessly beautiful — the kind of place that doesn’t try too hard to impress you but still totally does. The first thing that caught my eye was Porto Montenegro. It’s stunning — full of fancy yachts, chic restaurants, and designer shops, but somehow it doesn’t feel pretentious. I loved walking along the marina in the evenings, gelato in hand, watching the sun dip behind the mountains. It’s glamorous, sure, but also relaxed in that easy Mediterranean way. One of my favorite days was spent at Plavi Horizonti Beach. The water there is ridiculously clear, and it’s shallow enough to just float around for hours. I also took a quick hike up Vrmac Hill, which gave me the most incredible views over the Bay of Kotor — definitely worth the effort! What I really appreciated about Tivat was the balance. You can have a fancy dinner overlooking the marina one night, and the next, enjoy a quiet meal at a local restaurant where the seafood tastes like it came straight from the ocean (because it probably did). Agape (in Porto) was my absolute favourite. 1000/10. Tivat might not be as famous as Kotor or Budva, but that’s part of its charm. It feels peaceful, safe, and genuinely welcoming. If you’re looking for a place to slow down, soak up some sun, and enjoy good food with even better views, Tivat is absolutely worth adding to your travel list.

It is a typical city on the Balcanian coast. The main big problem at the moment is a heavy traffic when you enter the city from the east or south east. You spend a lot of time there and if you go for attractions in the neighbourhood, you have to calculate with this, In fact, it is a waisting of time. The problem occured because the works on the road, but it is really a big delay and there is no police, nobody who regulates that

A variety of small beaches, clean seas and wide promenades. Plenty of boat trips, restaurants and bars are available. Local buses are a little tricky to navigate but with careful planning you can get to most places. With a car it is a good base to explore further afield.

We enjoyed the size of the resort, small enough to walk around with lots of small shingle beaches where it was easy to enter the sea for safe swimming. The grocery shops were well stocked with reasonably priced fresh produce. A good variety of boat trips were available. The local transport was somewhat problematic with no proper timetables even online. We would have travelled around more if we knew what time the bus should come.

Very nice new hotel, on the sea. The restaurant is good, breakfast is a bit too complicated in my opinion and the staff is not very open to changing what they do. I.e. when you ask them if you could swap some fruits or the yogourt for another mini croissant they say categoricaly NO we can't do that, or just simple scramble eggs instead of their parmesan cream on top it is impossible. Otherwise, the beach access is nice, the view is great, it is quiet but far from Porto Montenegro

The staff was top notch. Very helpful, very nice .Reception lady was lovely and always keen to help. The lady in the restaurant went the extra mile a few times for me. Food is excellent (breakfast and room service) Decoration of the hotel is modern warm and very tasty. Rituals toiletries are appreciated too. Rooms are good size and king size bed was comfortable. Hotel well located (I had to go see a yacht in Porto Montenegro and it took me less than 10’ walk)

Amazing location, in the middle of Tivat’s downtown area and a stunning Porto Montenegro waterfront area. My room was with terrace and sea view, can’t compain at all 😜. If you like experience some urban life, this is THE place. Reception staff was particularly welcoming and polite!

The hotel location is perfect, it is 5 minutes (on feet) away from Porto Montenegro and 30 minutes away from the airport. Yes, I mean you can just WALK from the airport to the hotel. Bathroom was perfectly clean, probably it was the cleanest bathroom I saw at the hotels recently.
