Stayed for 4 nights, this city and its surrounding area has a lot to offer. There are few foreign tourists visiting the city, if you are planning on taking the ferry the ferry to Mingun be prepared to charter the entire boat. We paid 100 000 kyats for the ride there and back. Great city lots of history and temples to visit. Highly recommend the U Bein if you have clear sunset. Get the Grab app the city big you will need a taxi to get around.

Staff were superlative, especially the restaurant manager Ma Thwe. She really cared for us and was wonderful ❤️ Drivers and Yangon bus tickets were arranged. Fast laundry service. Fantastic food, we never ate outside! Breakfast buffet was great. Room service and beer garden during happy hour (free drink every night) Beautiful garden lit up at night and a nice pool. I can't recommend this hotel and the staff enough.

Hotel corresponds to its description and reviews of the customers. Quite comfortable, cozy, everything functions, good breakfast. The main impression is Mrs. Su Thet who met us. Extremely positive, helpful, friendly, speaking very good English. She actually saved us, solved a lot of our problems in the city where nobody speaks English and it’s next to impossible to find ANYTHING!!!

The hotel conditions are good for its category. The issue with electricity has been perfectly resolved, there is always hot water, free drinking water, delicious food in the rooftop bar, and a convenient location. The staff is excellent, always ready to help with any question. Very warm, friendly atmosphere for every guest.

Spacious rooms with a good view, nice comfortable bathroom and shower, aircondition and fridge. OK location, good breakfast - overall a very good stay and the feeling of an international hotel. Unfortunately the fabulous and very serviceminded Supervisor Ms Kyi is not working there anymore 😢
