The sea is calm and turquoise but has enough wind for kite surfing. Good food, clean and comfortable rooms, and an amazing wine cellar would be good reasons to stay at the C-Mauritius All-Inclusive Hotel. However, what sets this hotel apart is its staff and the excellent service we received during our stay. Each staff member is genuinely concerned with making you feel at home and comfortable and meeting all your needs. My special thanks to Sailesh and Kevin at Cpicerie for all the caring with our food; Priya and Geraldine for being the best bartenders at the Beach Bar with unique cocktails; and Vella, Waze, and Milan for being the best sommeliers we could have met, providing us with a fantastic experience in the world of wine. Beautiful hotel, really nice and stylish interiors. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Right at wonderful beach. Great breakfasts, very good idea with choice of two dishes from the menu instead of large buffet. Wonderful glass bottom boats snorkeling cruises.

    Horrible experience trying to book the complimentary boat for snorkelling. Your guest relations team says to check in the morning since the boat club has closed. They should be able to access & make reservations 24 * 7 - Simply unacceptable answer. If the boat is full, get another boat to make the guests happy: it costs very little. We ended up renting a boat for 5,000 MUR & had a great time. The resort is too large for personalized service.

    Belle Mare is a quieter resort as most of the coastline are...

    Belle Mare is a quieter resort as most of the coastline are hotels and a golf course without much else. So if you are looking for a resort with facilities ie shops / bars & restaurants outside of your hotel there isn't much within walking distance there is hardly anything. If you have a car Flacq is a 15 min drive away with the Market and Supermarket. The beach is quiet and beautiful.

    Staff is wonderful, helpful and well informed. They go out of their way to assist. Ravin is an amazing person. We had only breakfast included. Food and drinks are generally quite expensive. Similar to what you will pay in a 5 star hotel in London. Gardens and facilities are excellent. Will definitely visit again. A small complaint about housekeeping was immediately attended to and a bottle of champagne was offered as a gift.

    The experience at The Residence Hotel was amazing. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to provide anything you needed. For example, my wife isn’t a fan of seafood, and they prepared a special dinner just for her, different from the menu that night. The hotel’s design makes it feel as if the beach is a part of the hotel itself, which was truly unique. We enjoyed sitting on the hotel’s deckchairs just 2 meters from the beach, even at night. It was an experience like no other, and we will definitely be coming back.

    Excellent value for money. We had breakfast and dinners included in our rate and both were good. Staff are brilliant, extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and small tv. It's a 2 star hotel with pool, but exceptional value for money. Everywhere is clean and rooms are tidied each day. Recommend for a budget stay, everything else in Belle Mare is much more expensive.

It was another wonderful experience and everything was done to the highest standard.     The staff were exceptional, they looked after your every need from the moment you arrive. The hotel has a lovely relaxed feel and never seems overcrowded. It’s the best AI hotel that we have ever stayed in. The food is all fresh, there is lots of variety and it’s all very tasty. The AI drinks menu is extensive and all cocktails are made fresh, not pre-prepared mixes.
