It was only a one night stay in that area but we liked the fact that all was nice even for cooking a quick meal. It is a quiet place and plenty of room inside the house. The host was friendly and lives not far from there. The internet connection was working fine.

The owners are brilliant, so kind & welcoming and amazing hosts. They live nearby so any issues were attended very quickly - as good as a 5 star hotel in terms of hospitality and service. They provided a welcome pack with many basic items (egg, sugar, salt, oil ect). The property in itself is great! A gem of a place!

We loved everything about The Residence!! This place was immaculate, beautiful, peaceful, friendly. We loved it all. So much choice at breakfast and dinner. Attentive and friendly staff. Lots of choice of daytime activities. And the sunrise...that just makes it. I'd definitely recommend The Residence.

Everything about this resort exceeded our expectations—from the food to the facilities to the incredible energy that fills the place. The dining experience was an absolute highlight. The variety of cuisines was outstanding, but the Creole cuisine truly stole the show. Every dish was bursting with flavor, authenticity, and a unique local touch that made each meal unforgettable. Whether it was fresh seafood, perfectly prepared Creole specialties, or indulgent desserts, every meal felt like a celebration. The facilities were equally impressive—spacious rooms, pristine pools, and a breathtaking beachfront that felt like paradise. A very warm and welcoming place to stay. The staff were very friendly and service minded. Very relaxing with all-inclusive. Good standard of food in the restaurant and great cocktails in the bar by the pool. Access to free activities such as snorkelling, glass bottom boat trips and pedal boats was very much appreciated by the whole family.

We like everything especially how the management accomodate our needs.I accidently book the wrong type of room.The management changed it without any extra cost. They even allowed us to check in very early around 1pm. Really appreciate the welcome we got and the two young men who assist us were extra nice.from day 1 until we left. Keep it up.

I always love too stay here, the staff are helpful, friendly and courteous. I love how they have breakfast in the morning and they also washed my clothes perfectly. I loved my room, I paid just a tiny bit extra and got the best room with both views of the racetrack and the surrounding mountains. It always feels like home when I am there.
