We liked everything. The staff went overboard to please us and make us comfortable. The food was superb, the beach was well maintained and in excellent condition. The corals around the island were thriving much better than when I saw them in 2007. The dive center was very well organized and the trip was very good. The staff were very very well organized and attentive and made sure everything was not left for chance or unclear. They cleaned the rooms twice per day.

Dusit Thani was a real treat, and was the perfect tonic after an intense 12 months of work. Snorkelling at the UNESCO biosphere reserve was a true highlight. Shout out to the staff who were all wonderful, especially the footballers at the market. Great to see the organised soccer matches for staff at nightfall - makes you think that staff are well looked after which contributes positively to the overall experience. It was also nice to see John the General Manager getting around the tables at dinner time to speak to the residents - it was a nice personal touch. Accommodation, food, the amenities - all amazing, and cycling around the island turned out to be a whole lot of fun. We will return!

Fantastic owner Waheed! Service better than in the resort. At the airport in Male they lost one suitcase (with swimming trunks). we reported the loss of luggage (enter the exact e-mail address for contact). We reported this to the owner in the evening. He handled the matter very responsibly. The suitcase was found the next morning. We received her photos to confirm and in the evening (around 7pm) the suitcase was in our room! The owner took care of everything: confirmation, pick-up and fast transport to the island for relatively little money. The restaurant (the best on the island) is located on the roof (1st floor). Very decent prices, eg nasi goreng 60 MVR, tom yum soup 75MVR, pumpkin soup 60MVR. Breakfast RM45. Very tasty meals. Two bottles of water (0.5l) to the room every day. There is a fridge with a mini-bar in the room (cools poorly). Mosquitoes - it is advisable to take repellents with you, although on the island you can buy them in a shop for 45MVR. In the bikini shop by the beach you can also order (we did) Coca Cola Zero! Priced at 17MVR for a 330ml can. Extra water (0.5l) 5MVR. MOST IMPORTANT. Beach: Clean, sunbeds are private for hotel guests included in the price! The owner will come when someone takes your deckchair and asks you to give it back to you! Cool sand and a gentle coral reef with beautiful fish - like in an orientarium. Going turtle diving with the owner is worth it, my wife and I were delighted. Great day. TRANSFER: The owner will take care of everything for you. great service! We flew by plane and came back by speedboat (cheaper). When we got to the next island (Ghouli) he asked via whatsapp if we were okay. I highly recommend! We were really pleased. Beautiful resort and apartments

We really had a great time at Island Zephyr. We appreciated the activities organized by the Maldivian owners. We had the opportunity to do amazing snorkeling trips (mantha & house reef), fishing at the sunset, hunting crabs. They also took us around the island and showed us the most noticeable things. Moreover, we could learn something about maldivian culture. The room was clean and nice, with a spacious shower. The food was always great and cheap. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The owner is just the best. Whatever you want he will make it happen for you. The location is perfect: only 3 min walking to the dive center, 7 min to bikini beach and restaurants very close by. Very nice breakfast! I got loads of fruits and asked to take them with me. So every morning there was a take away package ready with fruits and any egg style I wanted.

We loved the staff and size of the beach bungalow . Our location 138 was also perfect location for proximity to dive school and privacy Dive school also a great setup and the house reef , whilst motorised coral was incredibly abundant with shark, turtle , parrot fish etc
