Breakfast was varied and plentiful, hot and cold, eggs cooked to order. All staff were exceptional, with helpful advice and tips. Location is fine a taxi is $2 within Hulhumale, but you can pretty much walk anywhere in 15-20 mins. Lots of different restaurants and local markets. The Beach is across a small one-way street, literally feet away where the white sand beach hosts various water sports and there are safe swimming areas.

The room was quite clean ,for the first time in such a small hotel it felt very comfortable,the hostess at the reception - from Nepal (sorry forgot her name )she was very kind,smiled very pleasantly and understood every need before asking.she was very focused and dedicated.i felt very well taken cares of and when I asked about check out time as I had a flight at 5 pm she already knew how I needed it and she arrange it exceeded my expectations,I am very thankful to her .she is a great asset for the establishment.thank you so much.will for sure recommend friends and return In the nearest future . Only downside was that the next morning I pulled the duvet to cover up more and I noticed a red ( blood stain at the edge of the bedsheet tucked in part) - luckily I was leaving later in although it made me feel Abit uncomfortable even though that was already at 12:15 the towel holder in the bathroom is also broken. Besides all that breakfast was good,clean and pleasant.great service

Hulhumale despite being busy like the rest of Male has an...

Hulhumale despite being busy like the rest of Male has an airy feel to it with lots of greenery - almost colonial. The East side is quiet for traffic although it's close to the seaplane flight paths - I didn't find that intrusive. The West side has the harbour with the ferry terminal and where the liveaboards anchor between trips. When I was there there had been a lot of recent building work so I would avoid staying there. Lots of options for buying fresh fruit and vegentables if you need and a range of places to eat at different price ranges.

for staying one night before flight home nice .. but beach...

for staying one night before flight home nice .. but beach was not really nice .. there are a lot of restarants there so no problem to find something to eat .. for transport we taxi with Avas Ride app in phone it was easy to order a taxi

It is fine for the short stay but i wish some city side activities can be added by local citizens such as road side singings music's etc. The citizens are so friendly,, their authorities are so kind with the tourists.

I had previously stayed in Male city on two previuos visits...

I had previously stayed in Male city on two previuos visits and found it a pleasant place to stay. In the intervening 12 years since my last visit the entire Hulumale area has been developed and has become something of a dormitory suburb to Male city with the completion of the China Friendship Bridge. Male is now a somehwat traffic choaked hot and relatively dirty city with Hulhumale a relatively quiet place to stay with plenty of good restaurants and hotels to suit almost any budget. In addition there are plenty of options to keep you occupied from shark and manta dives, island tours and windsurfing, paddle boarding and even kite surfing advertised by tour groups located in the area.

Hulhumale is great for crashing out after a long flight or...

Hulhumale is great for crashing out after a long flight or for staying the night before an early flight. It is also a good base for visiting Male by ferry. The long straight beach is made up of broken coral and soft white sand. The off shore reef protects the beach and make swimming safe for children. There are also areas of shade from the palm trees for those who don't want to stay out in the sun. There are numerous cafes and restaurants of all kinds.

I prefer Hulhulmale to Malé when I have a stopover.

I prefer Hulhulmale to Malé when I have a stopover. It has a beach and isn't that busy and loud. The travelling time from the airport is only 15 minutes. Hulhulmale offers everything I need for my short stays.

The room is very clean as always. This is my second time visiting this hotel in Hulhumale and my experience has been always very positive and good. Their restaurant have a very nice quality choices of food and can be consider as good value for money. Staffs are friendly and welcoming. I love the newly renovated rooms it is really more like a top quality budget hotel in Hulhumale. Overall it's a very pleasant stay for the second time.

The hotel is facing the sea and located only 15 to 20 min from the airport, which was really convenient, especially with the airport shuttle. The area is easy to walk in and you get to see the every day life of the people living on the island. The island is not the place to sunbathe and swim in the sea but the room is very good for a 1 night stay before going back home. The restaurant was quite good with fresh options.

The location is good as it is in front of the hulhumale beach and its near from the restaurants and groceries. The hotel offers activities as well with pick and drop. They serve breakfast and they have a mini restaurant as well at the front. The room is clean especially the washroom. The good view is limited so you have to make sure to ask them for that room.

The staff in the hotel were very helpful with us, they let us check in early after a long flight and even helped us find the best excursion options in Hulhumale. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served downstairs at a buffet, lunch and dinner were chosen from a fixed menu, with not many options, but the food was well prepared and tasty.
