This hotel exceeded our expectations in all ways!! The environment and facilities are simply amazing, the overwater pool villa in which we stayed was just perfect and the gastronomical offer is marvelous, with a wide variety of food and every dish made with such care but, overall, the most valuable aspect of this hotel (after years traveling and visiting lots of different hotels) is their staff. We would like to give a special thanks to Wisham, which took great care of every detail for us and made our stay easy and special, to Nadee, Naresh and Vikas, for their kindness, professionalism and treatment, always attentive and helpful, and, last but not least, to the chef Jimmy, thanks to him we got to taste the best Indian food and we had a fantastic culinary experience. We are really looking forward to coming back soon!!

Our villa was flawless – beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Every request we had was met with kindness and efficiency, and we always felt genuinely cared for. We loved the drinks and the wide range of all-inclusive restaurant options. Each meal was a delight, with delicious flavors and great variety. I didn't plan to post all my photos and write this much, but... I cannot skip it. I have visited many countries, many top hotels, and resorts, but nothing compares to Joali Being. From the moment you arrive at the airport, until the last step, everything is organized as a perfect 10/10. Where to begin? The resort is new and probably the most modern in the Maldives. I thought UAE had the best hospitality, but no place has even come close to the professionalism of the staff here. The food is top-notch. I ate the best steak, breakfast, and much more. I would write what I recommend, but probably it's worth trying anything. Even though you have to pay for most of the activities, including for simply using the tennis field, I strongly recommend doing the organised activities, because the experience is unique and incomparable. I am very sorry that I skipped many of them, until I had the first ones and realized how they do things. The houses are impeccable, very inspirational in terms of architecture and design. I could write more, but... will leave just this: if you have a chance to try this resort, even for just 4-5 days, try it and it will inspire you for life about how things should be done. Thank you very much for the experience and hope to see you again soon.

Alila has been the best experience of our life. I must thanks to all staff with your welcome after landing on the seaplane but especially to Mal and Imad because they have given us a wonderful stay. They have been helping us all the time, giving us attendance and giving us the best holidays of our lives and a wonderful honeymoon. A peaceful piece of heaven in the middle of the blue ocean, very clean and friendly staff, special thanks to our host Mr Shamaau , Tereza at the main restaurant, Kawthar at the front desk and all the remaining team doing a wonderful work to make your stay unforgettable from the moment you arrive at the airport till your departure. Spectacles are fabulous especially the Boduberu and the dancing energy of Vittuu. The food was excellent and very varied from day to day, The team at the restaurant was top. The villa is spacious, daily cleaned and step on the ocean where you can swim next to many types of fish (and non offensive shark 😄).
