The best team on the island. Everything was organized at the highest level. We were met right at the speed boat. They took our bags and drove us to the place. I really liked the welcome. From the very first moment, we felt like we were on vacation. Excursions are well organized. Always available for any questions via WhatsApp. I especially want to mention that on the first day, my wife got severely sunburned, and by the evening, she was experiencing health problems. I immediately sought help. Jailam offered to take us to the hospital, and he was with us the entire time, helping us with everything, supporting us, and communicating with the doctors. Brought my wife fruit and water straight to the hospital, then at 11pm (!!!) he came to pick us up and took us back to the hotel. Very grateful 🙏

Just got back from a lovely stay at Tropico Villa, and I’m already missing it! The atmosphere was super laid-back and welcoming—exactly what I needed to unwind. I was impressed by how spacious and cozy the rooms were, making me feel instantly comfortable. One thing I particularly enjoyed was exploring the island using the free bikes provided by the hotel. It made discovering Ukulhas so easy and fun. Also, the staff were amazing, always cheerful and ready with helpful local tips. If you’re looking for a relaxed and friendly place on Ukulhas island, Tropico Villa is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend it!

The hotel is situated straight on the bikini beach, which offers a lot of swimming, diving, snorkeling and sport spots. Saud and his team were very friendly and always looked for a guest being pleased and hosted well. The room was cleaned every day. As we have booked a full-board, the restaurant nearby was well organized for a lunch and dinner. The food at the same restaurant might be a bit monotonous for a long stay, so we would recommend one week full board and the other week trying food at the different restaurants (Sapora was our favorite one).

The rooms were spacious and clean. The apartment for 5 people was the ideal accommodation for our family. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast in the accommodation was a Maldivian menu, for dinner and lunch we went to local restaurants.

Everything was amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and communicative while not too pushy. We had plenty of space, wonderful outside table with a fan, super close to the beach. Breakfasts were massive and varied. The quality of the room is great, super comfortable beds, perfect bathroom. Honestly, couldn't recommend this place more!

The rooms are great, especially the family room which has two seperate rooms, everything is clean and functional... you will not spend too much time in the room because the beach, water, snorkeling and diving will keep you out for most of the day! The restaurant has such a nice, quiet and welcoming atmosphere. The best part is the beach which is just 10 m from the restaurant!

Everything was perfect, they picked us up at the port, we got a welcome drink. The room was clean, we just needed more storage space for clothes. We had breakfast and dinner and always enjoyed ourselves. It is possible to rent things for snorkeling here, which is perfect here. Fresh water is always available to you!

I didn't like that the island lost most of it's green and I...

I didn't like that the island lost most of it's green and I didn't see the wild nature I prefer. There was a lot of construction going on the moment I was there, I felt discomfort because of that. And maybe in 1-2 years it's going to be over I think. But on the other hand there's just amazing diving on the house reef and nearby reefs. There's a lot of nice restaurants and there was no day I felt bored.

Local island only 80 minutes with speed boat from Male and you can experience local life but also get the relaxed beach feeling. The food was not so expensive, we tried a Thai Restaurant nearby and it was delicious. In Ukulhas you can get beautiful beach with corals and amazing sea life. Excursions was way cheaper than in the resort offer. We had private excursion for manta ray, nurse shark feeding, and coral garden with Ocean Excursions Ukulhas with a very good deal price.

Only the kitchen works perfectly in the hotel, and the cook and waiters sincerely try to help and it is important for them that you leave well-fed and satisfied! The food is always delicious and fresh, yes it is monotonous, but this is the Maldives, so we fully understand.

We loved the breakfast, the location and how cute the rooms were, however, between both rooms, there was a big difference. The beach right in front of the place is stunning and, overall Ukhulas is a must-visit island in Maldives.
