The hotel is located right on the waterfront. The staff were amazing and showed me around the room, pool, and other facilities. The room was large with a great range of amenities in the kitchen and bathroom, overal an amazing experience.

Great location, between the ADO bus station and the nuevo mercado, where the local bus for Belize is. AC worked a treat. As did the WiFi. Staff was very friendly, but be aware their English is very limited, to non-existent.

Central to supermarkets, street vendors and close enough to walk to the Ferry. I loved the upstairs deck and our tiny balcony where I could people watch. The receptionist was very polite/respectful even listening to an older gentleman who wanted to tell her a long story (I appreciated that even though it made my wait to talk to her longer). The staff kept my suitcase safe and carried my bags to my room without me asking as they could see I needed a few trips. The towels are fluffy. Soap and shampoo were gifted and there was a water cooler.

Very close to the ferry port if you're going to the Belize Islands. Nice room with sea view. Nice pool. Drinking water left in the room and staff were happy to refill the bottle. Promenade walk is lovely along the seafront and goes right outside.
