The location, the hotel itself is beautiful and charming, the staff are friendly helpful and proffesional , I rate everything highly expect for one thing which I think the hotel managers need to look at seriously its in the what i didnt like ... I will still give a 10 plus regardless as it really is a great place to stay ....

Beautiful inner garden and a pretty warm swimming pool (mb heated, not sure). The breakfast is really good, and it's really close to Chichen Itza. No problems with hot water, good pressure.

Really nice rooms which were thoughtfully designed and very large bed. AC worked very well. Owners were really nice and would do anything to help. Everything was very clean.
