This place is heaven, I didn’t want to leave! The staff are incredible and made me feel so comfortable. The grounds themselves are stunning, my room was so comfortable, air conditioning works so well, cocktails by the beach were divine.

A wonderful place that has everything you need without being a big hotel bunker. You live right on the beach with a great view through palm trees to the beach. There are beach chairs for the guests in the shadow and the sun. It is a smaller hotel with charm and super nice staff. There is a cozy restaurant overlooking the beach with great breakfast and where you can also have a delicious lunch and/or dinner. You can also order drinks to the beach chairs there. The rooms are very large and nicely furnished according to the whole atmosphere. Be aware that there is a beach club next door but which was noisy until 1am mainly on weekends, we didn't hear much during the weekdays. Great for those who want to have the opportunity to go out. The Club can be reached on foot directly from the beach. But even without visiting the Beach Club, you can still enjoy some quieter Club Lounge music next to the sound of the ocean from the hotel beach chairs during the day. We will definitely come back to this place for the next beach stay in Mexico (and can recommend the place to others who also like it less crowded, especially in the off-season as there were really hardly any people on the beach when we were there).

The property is hidden and people can not find it. This makes it very personal and gives this secretive vibe to it. Of course, the design and staff is phenomenal and breakfast was amazing.

This hotel is located on one of the nicest beaches in Tulum, Mexico. The hotel offers a secluded location, guest rooms with free WiFi, an on-site restaurant and the Ziggy's Beach Club.

Everything!! 1. The staff - amazing, never met any assistance and hospitality as we did here.. whenever I asked for anything , day or night, rapid response straight away, whatever I was asking for - rightaway, always free of charge, with a smile on a face. Any help with finding extra services outside the hotel - they are there to help. We were in three other hotels around and in Tulúm, and even though 5* - they were not so keen on helping out, always we were there on our own to investigate services outside the hotel. 2. Hotel - clean, cosy, beautiful design, nice music, the accessories , the gym, the pool, and our beachfront ground floor room - everything amazing. Warm water in our pool, ideal for the evenings and sunrise experience. Super comfy bed, delicious coffee, beautiful toilet, super relaxation area by the beach. 3. The food - OMG, best breakfasts ever in Fresco restaurant, and the second restaurant Ziggy’s - one of the best in whole Tulum!! Must try the Tuna Nachos, and the burger.. 4. Very good location, although there are many hotels near by, this one (and TheBeach) has its own intimate , palm beach, silence, and cleaningness, close everywhere, walking distance. Neighbourhood hotels do not give this tropical experience.

We loved their concept of beautifully designed bungalows that seamlessly blend luxury with nature. Our bungalow offered a view into the lush jungle, allowing us to immerse in the beautiful nature and wildlife of Tulum. We particularly enjoyed the hotel's beachfront location and the lovely staff at the reception, who were not only friendly but genuinely attentive and made every effort to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From personalised recommendations for local activities to prompt service at the beach, we felt valued and well taken care of throughout our visit. The Nest is the perfect getaway for relaxation and luxury. We can't wait to return to this gem in Tulum! Highly recommended!

Absolutely stunning hotel, only 3 months old, design and decor was gorgeous. Beds super comfy, espresso coffee maker, beach towels. We ate here a few times and food was amazing.. All staff superhelpful and friendly. Always happy to help. Walking distance to plenty of shops, supermarket and arms. Beach and infinity pool was also great. Lovely sun loungers, and great coffee. Being next door to KANAN beach club was also cool, as could sit in our hotel beach beds listing to the DJ play until 6pm. Hammocks on beach. Drinks reasonable. Rooftop jacuzzi was a massive plus, and views whilst there were stunning. We thought being right in middle of all the big clubs would be too noisy, but it wasn't. Didn't effect us at all. We were sad to leave we absolutely loved this place. Collectivio vans 30 pesos to town or other sights right outside hotel. Walk over road and can book tours to cenotes etc.. A few paces walk to the big art structure place, with all the famous wicker statues. Opp Taco place.
