Staff was really friendly. Room had a nice view. In walking distance of Coba ruins. Quiet area. Isaias was very helpful and talkative. Earlier in the day I was looking for crocodiles in Sian Ka'an without luck but Isaiah said he could help me and showed me the crocodiles in the lagoon next to the hotel the next morning.

A nice experience calm and next to a cenote that you can jump into whenever you want to. Breakfast was really good but a bit expensive. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Quietness and relaxed but great customer service. Very flexible and patience with our late arrival and accommodating our last minute requests, which we didn't expect they to do it.
