- private and right next to the sand dunes and beach - nicely decorated, comfy bed, great! Hot shower - lovely welcome with a small bottle of wine as a welcome present - really friendly and cuddly dogs around the facilities - the arrival instructions were very clear and we had no issues in getting there (midsized sedan car)

This hotel was beautiful! Extremely clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable! Rooms are very modern and lovely! With your own kitchen and fridge! Drinking water at reception, and they have beach umbrellas + chairs for complementary use! Beautiful rooftop pool with lounge chairs for relaxing. Great location, about a 2km walk down to the main strip however, La Paz has some awesome streets with cafes and restaurants before the busy main strip which is awesome!

Beautiful room. Great breakfast with a reasonable selection that varied each day. Nice sunny rooftop and pool. Quite close to everything you need. Very short walk to the Malecon. Super friendly staff especially including the breakfast staff in the restaurant upstairs and maintenance man. Awesome value for money. La Paz is a pretty quiet town so we arrived quite late at night and weren’t really sure of our bearings or where we were but the next day we realised we were close enough to everything we needed. You will not be Dissapointed at the value for money at this property.

The location was amazing - next to a lovely square and close to all main areas. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the room was cleaned up every day. I also liked the unique character of the hotel - it felt more like an old traditionl villa, and the artwork downstairs was beautiful.

Exceptional 'find'. At this price point, exceptional, for sure. Very attractive aesthetic...clean lines, clean surfaces throughout, artistic touches...clearly well thought out. Crisp comfortable linens. Comfortable semi-open air 'lobby' and gathering area. Convenient, clean cafe for breakfast or lunch, with very well executed offerings. Genial owners live onsite, other staff equally friendly. Location is a block from the malecon, but just enough west to be away from the noise. Street parking was easily found on either side out front, and felt safe/secure. Place for my folding bike off the main gathering area beneath the stairs to the upper level was a welcome bonus.

The breakfast was lovely and the staff incredibly helpful. It was a quiet neighborhood and close to the Malecon.

Staff were super friendly at check in. Room is modern and the bed is really comfortabel also with great air conditioning. Stunning view onto the malecon and ocean. Very quiet and located 5 minutes walk from the center, highly recommended!
