Room is very comfortable, I loved both the bed and pillows. Washroom is quite big as well. The restaurant attached to the hotel is amazing, with great food and fair prices. You get a small discount for being a guest. Unfortunately the pool was being fixed. However, the hotel granted us a day pass to other hotel so that my nephew could enjoy a pool. They were very kind and helpful. There is parking inside the installations and the area is very safe. The stay was perfect.

Great stay for a quick overnight in Tuxtla - centrally located and able to get with ease to the Canyon. Facilities were super clean, safe, and modern. The staff was wonderful - we had a very late arrival, after midnight, and we were able to be let in with ease. Would recommend if you are in Tuxtla!

Nice spacious hotel room with good AC and shower, large bed. We used the pool one evening and afternoon, it wasn't too busy and there are lights at night for a swim. There's a nice area near the pool for guests to relax and order food from the restaurant. There was a filtered water station to fill up our water bottles or make a hot tea which was nice. Parking was convenient, free and had a 24/hour security guard. Large Chedraui grocery store and mall across the road and decent restaurants around the corner. We drove to Sumidero Canyon from this hotel which was about 16 minutes drive.
