Punta Allen seems to be a virgin place in Mexico. Not many tourists not many places like restaurants or shops.
Its full of sargaso and at the moment properties cant deal with it and many of them are on the beach.
But you can have nice excursions to see dolphins at the nature ,we took the fishers boat and went to see dolphins and turtles do some snorkel, kids loved it!
But this place is far and the road is not good.

Amazing beach front location with beautiful sunset and sunrise. Staff is super friendly. Room was clean and good price/value. The drive from Tulum to get to the hotel will take approximately 2 hours but is definitely worth it. The town is very close (to buy food and drinks). I would recommend to do a boat tour to see dolphins and turtles :)

The location was amazing. Just what we were looking for as a couple that needed a little escape from work. We finally got the chance to completely relax in a beautiful guesthouse with zero stress. The gorgeous views and the lovely people that manage the hotel make the experience exceed expectations. Definitely coming back!

The host and location was perfect. Quiet and a great experience. But you need to know to what kind of location you are going to. Be prepared! And the road is 3,5 hours (43 KM) by car of bumping road an unforgettable experience.
The host helped us also with booking a boat trip. A must do if you are at Punta Allen.
