The staff in particular were wonderful. Amazing service. The hotel has a cool vibe. Very hip and interesting modern architecture There is also a boutique store there that has amazing one-of a kind clothing pieces. Just beautiful. Lots of young people staying at this hotel but all very nice. A good spot to socialize if that's what youre up for.

Ideal location, easy to find on the map. Close to wineries. Self check in was a breeze. King sized bed was soooo comfortable! Spacious room with heating and extra blankets. Nice deck with fire pit and chairs.

Staff was great. The setting was unique with grapevines everywhere. The restaurant was exceptional. I would go back.

This will be the place we go to when we go to Valle. The entire group would rate this place a 10 out 10. Security - EXCEPTIONAL. We felt very safe. We even went walking to breakfast. They don't have a restaurant there, but this did not even matter, the restaurant was about 1/2 a block away. SOOOOOO CONVENIENT. The jacuzzi, firepits, (which they start for you), the pool, the tables where we sat outside and had MORE WINE, which they have their for you at a minimal cost, already chilled in your room. The decor is very modern and nice. GO WITH TONS OF FAMILY AND FRIENDS. YOU WILL FEEL LIKE YOU ARE IN YOUR ELEGANT HACIENDA. Valle the Guadalupe is easy to get around with navigation. You absolutely need a car. The restaurant, Alma Tierra next door is next level, and the dancing and music is SO DARN FUN. We danced the night away and could have crawled back to our rooms. It was so close. They also have large family size rooms. A big shout out to Nancy. She is one of the absolutely most helpful people I have met. Your stay is her greatest concern for everyone. Gracias Nancy. Y a mi guardia de Vigilancia....GRACIAS por el ambiente tan seguro. Buenisimo!
