This hotel is so amazing!!!! What I liked most about this property is how luxurious and homely it feels. From the moment you arrive the staff are so lovely and attentive the entire time. The place is decorated so beautifully you just want to take photos everywhere you go. The pool in the room is a once in a lifetime experience. The food at the restaurant was perfect and there is a cute boutique at the front. The hotel itself is really perfect and adds to the bohemian experience of being in Tulum.

Fernando! He is an amazing host! The first step we step into Botanica it felt like home! The hospitality was so great! Nothing was to much for them, you can ask anything. The breakfast was outstanding. If you are sitting at the pool it is if you are laying middle in the jungle! We were there at NYE and Fernando made some great cocktails and dinner for all the guests! Also included was the wine, beer, sodas! Together with some friends of Fernando and rhe guests we celebrated 2023/2024! We definitly come back next year! Botanica makes the vibe of Tulum so much better!

We had a great stay at Layla Tulum. It was very small and cute hotel. The staff was very friendly. The girls at the reception were always ready to help us with suggestions. The place is located close to lot of nice restaurants and the rooms were clean. Ps the hamburgers and the hummus were also delicious.

The hotel is beautiful and set in a wonderful neighbourhood. The bicycles are handy. I used them to get to the beach and restaurants etc, and didn’t need a car. To enjoy a week's vacation in Tulum, we decided to rent a car at the Cancun airport and stay at Hotel Terranova. It was the best decision we made! The experience at Boutique Hotel TerraNova was fantastic from the first moment! The hotel is located close enough to the center of Tulum for those who like to walk a bit (although we did use the car), but it is blessedly away from the hustle and bustle, on the edge of the jungle, allowing you to wake up with the sound of birds and made it possible to enjoy a calm and absolutely relaxing stay. The hotel space was immaculately clean, and the rooms are beautifully decorated. The hotel has an extremely friendly bar where the staff prepares excellent cocktails. And speaking of the staff… It is important to say that this is the strongest point of the hotel! I've traveled halfway around the world, but I've never come across a team so friendly and available to help you decide what to do around Tulum. Thank you very much Bani, Rafa and Gabriel! You were fantastic! It is worth mentioning that the cat Rita, also very friendly but full of personality, deserves to be considered an integral part of the team. She walks peacefully throughout the hotel and also contributes to the feeling of relaxation. And finally, many congratulations Gabriel! I hope you have a very happy birthday!
