We booked this hotel last minute because of a road block to San Cristobal. Lady at the desk was more than happy to help and contact our other hotel. The rooms were very modern and spacious, very nice! Good and fast wifi! Including a breakfast buffet with enough options (toast, yoghurt, scrambled eggs, potatoes, chips, muffins, fresh fruit). The hotel is right next to the mall, so easy to go there too.

We were not feeling the best and honestly this was a perfect hotel to recuperate for a night. Nice showers, toiletries, power points on both sides of the bed. Close to the centre and I felt super secure.

Location is excellent, the town centre is right around the corner but it is very quiet. The hotel seems quite new, room styling and decoration is a bit more personal. Beds are very comfortable. There is secure parking available and the hotel itself has a security guy sitting at the entrance of the hotel the whole time.

The room was fantastic and the bed was great. It felt really comfortable, safe and the staff were really friendly, welcoming, and patient with our lack of Spanish. There was hot water and great shower pressure, and the room was quiet. The buffet breakfast downstairs (not included) was worth the money and felt like a really fun place with lots of families. We would 100% stay here again.
