The very warm welcome with all the kind persons running the place and everything looks even better than on the pictures. Never had such a clean accommodation with an intact and efficient mosquito net in the middle of the jungle. Wonderful garden, nice colourful details everywhere, the pool is amazing with so many options to sit and explore, the organic soap smells incredibly good, we ate every day there for dinner as the menu and the cocktails were so diverse and just excellent! Best breakfast as well with yoghurt, fresh fruit, you can choose either eggs or avocado toas with tomato....My favorite place was the hammock where I could watch the birds, dogs and cats. Thank you for caring so much and answering all our questions and for making our stay so special. There is nothing they could do any better. Yes, you need a car, but from this remote, quiet place you have all options to visit cenotes, Akumal playa, Coba, Tulum or even Cozumel for a day trip.

This hotel is not for families, it was way to much noise all...

This hotel is not for families, it was way to much noise all night long drunk people scream in the hallways , our door was nock at 1-3 in the morning woke up our children age 2y, 6y, 8y. The staff were so helpless, unfriendly and rude. Every time we had to eat was so stressful cause the waiters will be so mad and we will ask for things like water they will take for ever to give to us. It was a buffe every time but water wasn’t available or even a spoon. They drop drinks next to ur table they didn’t clean it the whole breakfast we were there, i was so afraid any of us will fall down. Front Thea people never knew the answer. Overall we were so disappointed. It feel like a super cheap hotel, full of a lot of drunk people. I read bad reviews and didn’t payed attention but I wish I did. I’m not happy at all with this hotel experience and I’m not planing to eve go back. The ocean was the only thing was good about our trip.

The beach is public, therefore a bit too many people (especially on weekends). Though not sure if you can find a more private one next to a hotel. Not much for walking as well, only max 2 miles of the beach, after that rocks.

This adults-only hotel is definitely a must for anyone seeking a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. The drinks and food were always excellent, with a huge variety to suit all tastes. The lobby bar was a great option for anyone wanting a quiet area to relax and unwind. The pools and beach were beautiful; highly recommended.

I loved everything.

I loved everything. There were plenty of options for going out at night, visiting clubs, and browsing shops with handicrafts and other beautiful things to buy. The hotel is fantastic, the beach is lovely, the food is excellent, and if you have teenagers, visiting Explorer is a great idea.

The place is very pleasant, and in addition to the Caribbean...

The place is very pleasant, and in addition to the Caribbean Sea, it's possible to take excursions to very interesting places like the Mayan ruins, cenotes, etc. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the beach because it was covered in sargassum seaweed every day. It's a natural phenomenon beyond the control of the hotels, but I recommend checking and, if possible, rescheduling your trip.
