Brand new and beautiful. A lot of thought went into the design. The high ceilings make the studios feel loft like and airy. Simplistic yet sophisticated. Loved the design and decoration. The owners were so responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this stunning property. Great place to stay before we had to catch our Ferry to Tioman.

All of us slept very well through the night. The house was cool even in the day time. We like the car porch where we could park our car within the property. Water dispenser (cold and hot water) was very much appreciated. The place was kept very clean.

It’s a new guesthouse where rooms are separate from the house. Bed was comfortable and the fan was all we needed. Breakfast was also included which was not expected but a nice touch. Lovely family and they also gave us a lift to the ferry

The house is very clean. All 4 rooms were really comfortable and exceed my expectation. Every room upstairs got extra mattress and my family of 11 get a very enjoyable stay. The host is really helpful throughout our stay.
