Was upgraded to King Suite.. by far the biggest and most comfortable hotel room I've ever stayed in! Do yourself a favour and book the King Suite.. you will absolutely feel like a king/queen. Excellent gym and pool facilities, food menu and cocktails were stellar.

Had a late check in. Staff stayed up late and remained in contact with me until I reached the guesthouse. There was plenty of water available on arrival and the bed was comfortable. The area was peaceful and we slept like babies.

AC Residence is just amazing! The location is perfect within walking distances of a lot of restaurants and bars. The room is very clean and has an AC that works really well, also the shower is a one of a kind! The staff of AC residence is incredibly helpful, they respond really quick and they help you with all sorts of issues (for example laundry, extending your stay or giving you tips on where to go and what to do!). Amazing, highly recommend!

We needed to stay not far from airport of Kota Kinabalu, so it was just around the corner from airport. the hotel rooftop pool and the view from roof was amazing. room is pretty specious and all needed items + kitchen. we loved it very much
