Love the environment and the vibe that it has. The place is super clean and well maintained. The staffs were very helpful and also friendly. Love the room that we stayed in and the view from our room. Special thanks to Mr Amir (receptionist) who helped us through our checking in process. Everything! The hotel was like a museum in itself and I felt like I was going through the history of Melaka while going around the corridors of the hotel near the reception area. The location was amazing as it was few meters away from Jonker Street. The breakfast was super nice as a variety of food was proposed, while the hotel facilities were very good. The amenities provided were top notch. Last but not least, the hotel staff was very friendly and polite so hats off to that great team :)
