The receptionist was excellent. He knew that I will be unable to take breakfast as I checked in at 5.00 on the morning, he gave me juice, cokies and croissant as when Inwake up I can have them . The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The technician is very efficient. I'm having trouble connecting the TV with my phone, then the maintenance staff come and help until he is sure that I am able to watch the show on the TV. My children enjoy every facility and activities (such as feeding the fish). There are a variety of food options such as restaurant Chef Wan, burgerlab & the hotel dining. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.
