Booked this property as a base for doing some hiking and sightseeing in the Perlis region. The location was what we needed but other than a couple restaurants, there is not much to do in the immediate area. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations. The room was huge and immaculately clean with all the basic amenities. The coffee in the cafe downstairs might be the best I've had in 2 weeks in Malaysia.

Amazingly clean place. Very close to where i was going for a meeting and plenty of parking space. The owner was very helpful and attentive. Though i had to self check in, the instructions were very clear for me.

The bed and shower was good enough for a short work trip. Just for resting and sleeping is good enough. Aircon, hot water and water dispenser was satisfactory in my opinion.
