Kuala Lumpur is a vibrant, easy city to navigate, with a great mix of modern infrastructure and everyday local life. Getting around was simple using Grab and public transport, and there are plenty of food options at every price point. I felt safe walking around on my own, even in the evenings, and people were generally polite and helpful. The city can feel busy and humid at times, especially during peak hours, but that’s part of its energy. Overall, it’s a welcoming, convenient city that’s very comfortable for solo travellers.

Lovely City, can be as cheap or expensive as you want it to be. Hotel is quite central to things. Maybe 30 min walk to most things or a 10 min grab ride is traffic is okay! Lovely food there and the people are so lovely too

A nice extended week-end escapade location.

A nice extended week-end escapade location. We loved the iconic buildings and the mix of cultures and cuisines. Moving around is very convenient using public transportation or walking. We found the touristy locations quite close to each others and we ended up walking most of the time. We got a bit of Singapore vibe, a bit less polished but also vastly cheaper.

Friendly people everywhere. Always happy to help when help was needed. Only downside was the long ride from the airport to get there, an hour+. I did hearthat the train was much quicker. Worth trying the next time I go.

My last visit is in the 70's.

My last visit is in the 70's. The place has improved to a world standard. A clean city, nice polite people, nice buildings and up to date modern transportation. Able to purchase taxi voucher in a booth in the airport and alight a lined up taxi line proves an orderly manner and avoid ripe off foreign visitors by unscrupulous taxi drivers. Really thoughtful and organisation by the management.

IT was my second time stay in Concorde (after 10 years) and this hotel remains my favourite for a stay in Kuala Lumpur. Location is ideal (and Grab's come here very quickly) , walk to KLCC and Bukit Bintang. One of the best buffet breakfast with so many food choices. Very clean and spacious pool with nice sitting area. Live music with all bands performing hits and also take your song requests. I cannot find any flaws in this hotel and recommend everyone with family or for business visit to stay in this hotel.

The hotel is spacious for a budget hotel. There is no TV, but there is no problem because now the internet is more important than TV. parking is easy and plentiful. only the halal food places are a bit far to walk. Bukit Bintang and Jalan Pudu can be walked. There are no employees if you want to check out early, but if there is no problem, the deposit will be transferred to your account

Location and the staff is very friendly. Literally just next to Masjid Jamek LRT station, super convenient. From the Malay female receptionist and the Indian handyman name Man, he makes the guest feel very welcome , his warmest makes their hospitality compatible with many so call 5 star hotel despite this is just a budget hotel.
