Visiting Kuala Lumpur was a complete surprise for me in every way. The people are very friendly, and there is no language barrier; everybody speaks English. I didn’t expect this level of development and modernity—skyscrapers everywhere, clean and well-organized streets, and shopping malls in every area with all the brands you can think of. There are many tourist attractions, and the food scene is diverse and high-quality. I highly recommend Kuala Lumpur for families. The only place that needs some improvement is the airport, as we experienced delays during both arrival and departure.

I loved my stay in KL!

I loved my stay in KL! The Petronas Twin Towers were amazing, and the whole city was so lively, especially at night. Petaling Street was totally worth visiting; the food there was absolutely delicious. The shopping mall at KL Sentral was huge, and travelling around the city was super easy with the buses and the trains. ✨✨✨

My favorite spots in Kuala Lumpur were definitely the malls, especially TRX, KL Sentral, and the Bukit Bintang area. There are so many great places to eat, and my top pick is Yakiniku Kuro, the food was incredibly delicious. Getting around Kuala Lumpur was really easy. Moving from one place to another was convenient thanks to the LRT. I stayed near KL Sentral, so accessing any part of the city was simple and fast. Overall, KL is a fun city to explore, especially for groups of friends. There’s a mix of good food, shopping, sightseeing, and easy transportation — everything you need for an enjoyable trip.

I loved getting a chance to book tickets for Petronas Twin...

I loved getting a chance to book tickets for Petronas Twin Towers. Book early because this sells out quickly for a ride up 43 floors, to have a sky view over the city, and then up to 86 for even a higher view! The aquarium was nice that we went to, and the Petronas tower has a big mall inside with all the shopping you can want!

It had been 15+years since e last visit so many changes. We utilised Hop On Hop Off bus 48ht tickets to get bearings - and avoid lots of walking. Highly recommend - used it for National Museum/Palace/Chinatown/Brickfielfs particularly. KL shopping is on steroids if Malls are your thing.

This is a really nice aparthotel in a superb location near Bukit Bintang. The room is beautiful, with an amazing view and high speed wi-fi. The building is modern, with many pocket gardens with amazing views to the city. The pool in the last floor is awesome, as is the sky garden and the useful gym. The small store on the groundfloor with food and drinks is also super useful and open until 2AM. This could be easily a 4/5 star review, however, there are some things lacking and that are not expected from a place with such nice amenities.

Initially, NU Hotel was not my first choice for booking. However, I was wrong. It was nothing I expected from a budget hotel. The staff fulfill all my requests immediately, and they are very helpful. The hotel is very clean and convenient to travel to, but not as convenient for the elderly to travel back and forth from the hotel to KL Sentral. Overall, I will be going back here in the future.

Its a bit away from the hustle of Bukit Bintang so it is more peaceful during nightime. Accommodation wise it is really adequate with decent design; looks modern and appealing for a budget hotel.
