The location is unbeatable — directly connected to KLIA with a quick buggy service that makes transit effortless. The check-in was seamless, and the warm, professional welcome from staff set the tone for our stay. Our room was spacious, immaculate, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. Despite being so close to the airport, it was perfectly quiet, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was a true highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, beautifully presented. The facilities, from the pool to the fitness centre, were spotless and well-maintained. Airport and immigration difficulties made us have to cancel our original booking, but the staff helped us accommodate in another room. They also guaranteed me there would be no cancelation fee, and gave us another room for the night at a discount. This really saved the night for my family and I.

The proximity with KLIA (10-15 minutes' ride). Easy to find halal restaurants. You can go to Nasi Lemak Tangling, Merrybrown, Subway, and many mamak restaurants. There is a small shopping mall (KIP Mall) that houses Secret Recipe and many eateries. Mr Siva (the manager) is very attentive. He contacted us straight away upon the reservation via booking.com is made. I have requested a shuttle to take my parents to KLIA very early in the morning, I will stay here again in the future.

Pros - Kota Warisan is a Great location with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, markets and stores. Close to the KLIA train station and an easy place to get Grab Taxis. Cons- The area needs a clean-up. Rubbish everywhere and generally untidy outside.

We didn't leave the hotel, so I can't really comment on what Sepang is like. We were only there for one afternoon/night as we had an early morning flight back to Australia. We stayed at the IBIS KLIA. The room was very basic, but it was all we needed for the night. The pool was fantastic!

Excellent value. Very attentive. Menu could have more choice ie small plates or sides. Room service was fine . Room lovely. Shower gorgeous. New bed linen, water and coffee etc replenished when needed. Shuttle to room helpful and to airport. Had to remind staff that dropped us off to take us to the airline check in as requested as it just stopped where shuttle ended. We had special assistance . DO NOT order text from hotel as it appeared to be on a commission basis with hotel and was extremely extortionate. Order your own!!!

This hotel is another excellent choice for those looking for a short time stay during transit. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and they are always willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. The rooms are beautifully decorated and well-equipped. Will definitely stay again during my next travel.

Good for price very clean n comfortable.

Good for price very clean n comfortable. Shuttle on time excellent. Near ERL express just parked my car conveniently and took grab to hotel.. Next morning shuttle at 4am to klia2. Arrived back klia2 took ERL to Salak Tinggi station

This was a short stopover to refresh and recharge for another long flight back to our residence. Overall we were pleased we chose to stay here and cut our losses by cancelling our stay at the Ibis KLIA, which was extremely noisy. We did not venture outside of the Hotel as I am not a fan of humidity and heat, but the location offered many restaurants and shopping. Each evening there was a market offering fresh food, local delicacies, and other items for personal or gifts.

I think this hotel made an effort at comfort and convenience. They have free laundry facilities including ironing boards and washing machines. They also provide a free shuttle to this location from their sister hotel, which is walking distance from the airport, which saves a taxi fare. And they have a restaurant on site so they are fairly self-contained, and breakfast is above average for Malaysian hotels at this price point. The rooms have actual windows which is a step up.

I've chosen this place to overnight only and going back to the airport. The price was cheaper than than airport hotels. The room and the shower was good. There are a lot of shops and restauranrs in this area. The stuff was friendly, no problems. They can book you a shuttle bus but the price was the same as if you order a private taxi. Maybe it makes sense if you have a group.

The hotel is perfect for a transit stay from the airport. It has a hotel shuttle bus to and from the airport. It has a spa and wellness retreat open from 11am to 11pm. The food is delicious and really reasonably priced for such a luxury hotel. I could have stayed here another couple of days, it was that nice.
