Good/clean/comfortable room with more affordable cost. The owner (james and his wife) are great, help me to book all the tours, Kayaking to Pelican Point & Sandwich harbour trip is a must when you're in Walvis Bay. I didn't have a car, so they help to organize shuttle to/from Swakopmud & airport also. They also gave prompt answer all my question thru booking.com text message prior my trip. Breakfast is also good. There is good seafood/steak restaurant about 5-10 min walk. I spend 3 night there. Will definitely stay again if I return to Walvis bay.

Very beautiful place, you are very well treated as soon as we step in the place, Malaki and Naomi are the names of two of the four people taking care of guests. I wish I could stay longer. Walvis Bay is very pretty and it has a lot of culture and nature.

Walvis Bay is not really set up for tourists and the weather...

Walvis Bay is not really set up for tourists and the weather is not at all comfortable during September/October - we were told that the afternoon strong winds and cold weather (14 C max were normal). A good base though for kayaking with seals and other outdoor experiences. Well stocked supermarket and a few restaurants with much the same offerings.

I loved the Lagoon where I saw flamingos ☺️. There is a Dolphin coffee place it was amazing. I didn’t really the beach side in Walvis Bay, but I got a chance to go to Swakopmund’s one. The boat cruise was definitely amazing

I liked the weather, activities particularly the combo from...

I liked the weather, activities particularly the combo from Sandwich Dune company which included a cruise, we were able to see seald which kept coming on our boat, pelicans, dolphins and we also got an opprotunity to see a whale. We then went on the sand dune drive which was a lot of fun got to see where the Atlantic Ocean and the Namib desert meet. we also saw the desert animalsthe oryx and springbok. It was a great adventure which we all enjoyed. We got to v isit the Mondesa Village Hafeni restraunt for some local food which we enjoyed

Walvis Bay is a peaceful city/town with some great...

Walvis Bay is a peaceful city/town with some great activities to participate in such as sailing on the Atlantic to spot seals and whales. It's a great choice for visitors looking to relax in a peaceful neighbourhood. Its only 30 minutes away from the old town of Swakopmund where visitors can access relaxing beach spots, tourism sites, and restaurants.

We loved Anchors and the Raft, delicious food, amazing views and friendly atmosphere. The sunsets are magnificent and walks along the lagoon were spectacular with the flamingos right up close (low tide) Langstrand and Swartkopmond are a must, treat yourself to delicious German cuisine at Cafe Anton. Quad of sandbuggy in the majestic dunes is an exciting yet humbling experience. We found the paitrons all super friendly. I never knew I would fall in love with the desert as I have....a great holiday indeed

The kindness of people is exceptional.

The kindness of people is exceptional. There are a lot of different activities. It is safe (apparently some pick pockets at the harbour because of Cruises stopping). Yango app is working very well a substitute of Uber. Food and restaurants are very good (example are Anchors, Godenfang, but all the restaurants at the harbours are very good). Price quality exceptional. Sam Barnard of the tennis club is very nice. Very nice for Kite surfing at the Lagoon and Donkey beach very good for surfing. Very clean, very comfortable. The nature is amazing. No traffic, no stress, but you have all the possible comforts

The hotel is located close to the lagoon, a major attraction. One can take beautiful walks along the shoreline and enjoy the fresh air. The staff was friendly and always willing to assist. The room was spacious, with a king size bed. The food was good and freshly prepared, although the breakfast buffet could have benefitted from a bit more variety.

Kleines Nest is my choice whenever I visit Walvis Bay. Location is excellent with beautiful sea view from rooms. The room was spacious, clean and very well equipped. Waterfront is walking distance from the hotel. Staff is helpful and gives good hints where to dine and enjoy the town.
