I've known Vao for many years.
I've known Vao for many years. This village is rich in local history. The inhabitants are very welcoming. A visit to its church is a must. For hikers, I recommend Snack Kohu; the owner will provide you with food and good advice for your stay.

I would add this comment. The meal menu wasn't varied enough. There were very few desserts! We would have liked more local fruit. There were no bananas, no watermelons, no pineapples. Otherwise, a great stay! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our guide for the island tour (Samuel) was very interesting and knowledgeable.
