The service in the hotel was perfect. From the receptionist,Quincy with her warm smile and professionalism, which made my stay truly memorable. Down to the cleanliness and comfort of my room. It’s a cosy little haven away from the bustle of the city but still vibrant in a subtle way e.g. Jabi park right across the road that becomes alive on Saturday mornings, and the patio and/or the restaurant downstairs where you can have a drink and relax, people watch etc.

Right from the staff at arrival outside, to staff at reception, the ladies and gents taking care of our rooms, restaurants staff especially Helen the manager of Bukka Hut, and so many others, the standard was exceptionally consistent all through our 4 nights there. There was not one thing that was left out. They managed to make each person feel special. My husband and I will be back for sure. Highly recommended and very good value for money
