For us, everything was perfect - sure there were cosmetic improvements to be made but nothing to spoil our one night stay in a great apartment. Location was perfect for us - 8km from Toverland. The spacious accommodation was also exactly as described and what we wanted - double room, two single beds in another and spacious living area. The sauna in the large shower room was an added bonus. Breakfast was the full continental breakfast experience - fresh bread, cold meats, cheese, boiled eggs, salmon, fruit with ample coffee, tea and fruit juice. Overall a perfect location we had a delightful stay for a bargain price. We will be back on our next trip to the area. One thing to note is that our apartment (and two others) was reached by steep stairs and the twin room in the apartment had steep access stairs - not a problem for us but something to be aware of; make sure you check access if you are going to have issues.

Hands down the best hotel in the Venlo area. I stay here around 4 times a year and have never been disappointed. The staff are exceptional. No request is ever too much. The location is very very leafy and peaceful, yet is in very close proximity to either the city centre or Germany. Finally the breakfast and facilities, such as gym, pool, sauna and steamroom are good. Thank you 😊

It was easy to find and easy to get back on to the bike route, Maasroute, from the hotel! I liked the courtyard restaurant very much ! And my upstairs suite was sweet! I also very much appreciated the bicycle garage, where I could leave my bike, safely, AND charge the bike battery, also safely!!
