Incredible staying! We were greatly surprised with a room upgrade when arriving and the room was fantastic! Great services and the personnel were really welcoming. Amsterdam is not far, only 15 minutes by train, and the hotel is well-located in Haarlem, close to fantastic restaurants. I will definetely come back

Communication with hotel staff, Silvana, is via WhatsApp, and she is prompt and helpful in her replies. There is no lift, so need to be prepared to carry the luggage up a flight of stairs. Wonderful old-time renovated hotel in the city centre of Haarlem, with very nice and friendly staff, always willing to help. The rooms are very comfortable, with gentle touch of the past combined with modernity, including nice bathrooms. Very quiet sleep and comfy beds. We had such a wonderful stay. Henk and Annamarie made us feel at home and were exceptional hosts. They greeted us with a warm drink and gave us lots of useful information on Haarlem. Our room was spacious and comfortable and looked onto one of the typical side streets. Buffet Breakfast was served in a cosy dining room with large windows and offered a fantastic selection including yoghurt, eggs, ham and cheese and croissants. The location was just perfect as it was bang in the centre, a couple of minutes away from the main square and 10 mins from the train station. We loved staying in this beautiful, cosy, typical house and the personal attention of our friendly hosts.
