Charming slice of luxury hidden in the center of Gouda old town. A true hidden gem. 100% recommend. The restaurant Lizz (which has just got its first Michelin Star) was a lovely surprise. I am very pleased they had a table for an unsuspecting walk-in.

This is my second time staying at the hotel,I love the stlye as it's a converted old building and they've kept all the original architecture. My first time for a family wedding was great so I booked it a second time fir a short weekend break. This time around was even better. Mannoune the front of house concierge was friendly and accommodating. The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean,comfortable and stylish and the open plan restaurant is fabulous. I had a small technical issue with the room I had booked which couldn't be helped and she quickly moved me to another room, upgrading my room also for my 2 night stay as a gesture of goodwill. It was greatly appreciated. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough and if you are looking for a different hotel experience thus is the place. 10/10

We stayed here for the Easter holidays (3 nights) and it was very nice! The place is perfect if you are traveling by car and want to explore the Netherlands, including Amsterdam - everything is very close. The room (better to say apartment) was very cozy, clean and comfortable. Lisette was super nice and breakfasts were very geneours and delicious. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this B&B to our friends.

Our stay at The Lake Inn was absolutely amazing! Winanda and Marco were incredible hosts—so warm and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. They even gave us some fantastic dinner recommendations that we loved! From the moment we checked in to the cozy rooms and the delicious breakfast, everything exceeded our expectations.
