- Amazing location! - Fantastic view - Great facilities with jacuzzi and large bed - Tasty breakfast - thoughtful love decorations since we were spending our wedding night here - It is safe, we were staying during storm Pia and the Trechter shook and moved, and made a lot of noise; and it stayed put :)

After receiving a phone call to confirm my arrival time, I found the welcome was heartwarming and they were very concerned that I registered for the pay parking in the street as it is all now online and a vehicle randomly traverses the streets scanning numberplates. The building is fascinating, having been formed inside the existing walls but without altering them. The lift to the 2nd floor was tiny and manually operated and so convenient! The main street is moments away, filled with cafes, bars and restaurants as well as all form of shops and a canal and harbour. Truly photogenic and relaxing.

Very friendly hosts. We arrived a lot earlier so I called and was told it wasn’t a problem at all. The host met us with the key to the property and gave us a tour with explanation where everything was and how everything worked. It was a lovely, cosy place. Very clean and had everything we needed. Tea, coffee, towels, and even sachets of soup that I was really in need of after our long travel.
