Pieter has been one of the most kind, responsive and welcoming host we've even meet. The place is equipped with everything you would need. It's located in front of the river and there's greenery all around. The master bedroom's bed was amazingly confortable, perfect to have some quality rest after exploring the Netherlands. There is only good things I can tell about this place... ahh yes, we loved the hens :)

My parents came for my graduation and stayed at the Breathe hotel for 4 days. They thoroughly enjoyed their stay - as they are travelling a lot they can compare different accommodations, and this hotel became one of their favourite! In particular they found the beds very comfortable due to the high quality materials of the sheets, pillows and duvet. The quiet atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing, and staff very friendly and helpful. Quite a steep steps takes you up to the apartment, with beautiful interrior and the kitchen is very well kitted out, has everything and anything. Bedrooms again beautifully done with very comfortable beds (missing a mirror in the small bedroom). Nice spacious bathroom with bath/shower and toilet. terrace with views over the lake.

Excellent location close to the train station. Walking into the heart of Leiden is easy and you come across some of the things to see along the way. Modern rooms with comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Everything seemed pretty new to us. Friendly staff that worked quickly and with a smile. Would definitely book again!

Comfortable beds, very good service, excellent breakfast. It is conveniently located …very close to Leiden Centraal (train station), good restaurants at a walking distance. The only thing I was missing was an iron in the room, but I’ve got one from the reception. They also lend me an umbrella …very helpful and nice staff
