Breakfast was amazing! My friend said they were the best scrambled eggs she ever had. Fresh squeezed orange juice was so so good, and bread bought daily at bakery was delicious. Room was beautifully decorated. My friend wants to bring her husband back from U.S. to stay in the exact same room -- Geertruidt. Jeroane and his beautiful wife Lee are the best!

Liked everything about the stables. Such a clean cosy place and comfy bed. You can tell that a lot of care and thought been put in it. I gave the check in time and to my surprise when we entered the chalet heating was already on and it was nice warm inside. Owner is easy going as we changed the check in and out time twice and he happily approved. Responds to the messages quick.

We stayed in Kampen whilst visiting Wildeberg festival in Kraggenburg, the town itself is very lovely, and the train station is easily accessible to get to Zwolle which is a town we visited for the day! If you have bike/car Kampen is easy to get around, also the buses are very regular and good for jumping on and off :)

A cozy and charming Hanseatic city with many narrow streets, squares, canals, and beautiful old buildings, and a wide range of restaurants, bars, and cultural venues, especially considering the size of the city center. Be sure to visit the IJsselkade and the harbor! The wonderfully green city park completes your visit.

Beautiful facades, a lovely old town with narrow alleyways, and a cozy atmosphere. Because of the beautiful weather, we spent most of our time outdoors, so we didn't visit any museums or other indoor attractions. We'll probably do that next time.

A beautiful city on the river with many lovely old houses and a rich history. There's also plenty to do culturally – at least on a weekend like the one we booked. It's wonderful for walking, with many beautiful views of the old town buildings, the harbor with its old sailing ships, the canal, the river, and the parks.

Kampen is a small town with a rich history.

Kampen is a small town with a rich history. It's fun to wander around after reading about its history, but don't expect too much. The town center consists mainly of a small street and a square. On Monday evenings, Kampen is deserted, and many restaurants are closed. There's not much to do, so I recommend staying here for no more than one day.

The town center is small and cozy.

The town center is small and cozy. Easily accessible, with plenty of free parking. I took a boat trip to Zwolle and back with my mother, who has limited mobility, and enjoyed high tea. It was very enjoyable.

Excellent, unique views of the IJssel river and the town of Kampen. The house boat is a unique place to stay. It has a large living room, well-equipped kitchen, cosy fire place, and bed room with attached shower. Watching water birds and passing ships. The owners were very friendly and always available if there were any issues, as they live nextdoor. It's a 15-minute walk from Kampen and 5-minute walk from Kampen railway station. Private parking nearby.

The host is very friendly and kind. The neighbourhood is very quiet, safe and tidy (but Kampen looks incredibly safe in general). There is a nice supermarket nearby. My apartment was spacious, very clean, the bed is very large. The main shopping street is just minutes away. They offer bathrobes and shower caps.

The location is perfect for visiting Kampen, everything is within walking distance, main street is a few minutes away. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet. The room/appartment we had was large, with everything we needed, very comfortable big bed.
