De Slaapmus is much more than a B&B - more like an apartment and a home away form home. A cosy living room with one of wall covered with books spanning a wide range of topics, and a nice sofa to relax in. On the ground floor we also had a toilet and shower plus a small kitchen where we could make our breakfast and a simple evening meal - with a nice view to the cosy garden. Two bedrooms on first floor with superb beds. Everything was spotless clean, and the apparent is decorated by paintings done by the hostess, Monique, who is a professional artist. From the pictures it looks idyllic - in reality its even nicer. The house is situated in an very quite area, yet near to the town centre with all the shops and services you could need. On our arrival we were very well received in a personal and friendly manner by Michiel, and on our departure Monique gave us a tour around her atelier. Highly recommended, and we'll stay here again if we coming this way in the future.

Quiet neighborhood!

Quiet neighborhood! The walk through the fruit park was nice. We arrived on Sunday afternoon, and the area was unfamiliar to us, so it was quite difficult to find a place to eat (we ended up eating at a roadside restaurant on the highway, De Kers).
