The room was bigger than expected and we even had a garden. Big comfortable beds, coffee and hot water in the room. Although facing the road it was quiet. There is enough parking space on the street.

Beautiful old listed building, refurbished recently in great style. Huge bedroom with view over the marketplace, warm and quiet. Lovely big bathroom. Great restaurant downstairs with very welcoming staff. Delicious food.

A lovely village with good restaurants and cafes.

A lovely village with good restaurants and cafes. There's a very expensive supermarket where you'd be better off just buying things you've forgotten. The cottage is lovely and in a beautiful location. Tip: rent a sloop or small boat to explore the area by water.

I can't really give a good opinion of Terherne.

I can't really give a good opinion of Terherne. The Christmas lights were interesting. There are pretty houses, and you can probably get everywhere on foot or by bike. We stayed overnight there and ate at t'Far in the evening. We can absolutely recommend the restaurant. Very friendly staff and delicious food.

Beautiful location. Suite with a water view. Excellent bathroom with a double shower. Comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and delicious dinner in the evening. Definitely worth a visit.

Great village, and Mariahoeven was fantastic.

Great village, and Mariahoeven was fantastic. Colleagues have the address, and so do family. We'll definitely be back. Oh yeah, Booking.com posted online that it was disappointing. I'd say it was fantastic. And so was Friesland.
