It was a really nice experience staying here. The capsules are bigger than I expected. There is also a space to stand so you don’t have to jump into bed when you enter. The beds are comfy. The lights are nice and the fact that you have an outlet near you is convenient. Capsules are well isolated, you don’t hear anything. They provide two sets of towels and robes. Bathrooms are cleaner than most hotels. Definitely worth it.

I would also like to commend the professionalism and friendliness of your staff – everyone was attentive, helpful, and ready to assist with any request. The housekeeping was done very thoroughly, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. At the same time, I would like to share a few suggestions that might help enhance the guest experience even further. 1. Sound insulation: During the evening and nighttime, noise from other guests could sometimes be heard. This might be due to the building’s structural design. If there is an opportunity to improve soundproofing in the future, it would certainly add to the comfort of guests who prefer a quieter and more restful stay. 2. Room size: The room I stayed in was quite compact. While it was well-organized and very tidy, perhaps a bit more space for personal belongings would make it even more comfortable for future guests. 3. Dining options: It would be great to see halal-friendly meal options included in the menu. This would allow guests with dietary preferences and traditions to feel even more comfortable during their stay. Once again, I sincerely appreciate the warm welcome and excellent service. The location of this hotel worked well for me.

The location of this hotel worked well for me. I was able to walk from the shipping company where I dropped my motorcycle off and also only an 8 minute walk to a metro station. The hotel was quiet, clean and smoke free. The staff all spoke English and were very helpful. Breakfast was very good with omelets cooked to order.

For those who like watching the hustle and bustle of the...

For those who like watching the hustle and bustle of the shipping on the river, it is ideal, as it has a large bar and restaurant with a terrace facing the river. It is quite close to the Metro station with access to Rotterdam centre in about 20 mins. Forget taxis as they are alsmost non-existant. Do not book suite 003 as it is located in the basement and has very little view.

It is a reasonably long walk into town but there is a regular bus service. The tram station is about 8-10 mins walk away with trams running to central Rotterdam about every 15 mins and to other commuter towns down the Waterway to the Hoek van Holland. However, they don't take cash - credit cards only. The view from the lounge, bar and rsstaurant areas is an ever changing panorama of ships both big and small passing close by the windows. There is also a terrace with tables and chairs outside facing the river should it be warm enough.

The view was amazing. The breakfast was also great even though there were barely any vegan options available. The restaurant did have one vegan option which was great but the cake for 5€ was tiny. You can sit there for hours watching the ships go by. But even for paying guest of the (quite expensive) hotel, it was still required to keep purchasing something from the restaurant or bar. For a really great service, this should be optional, given it was always pretty empty while we were there, even on the weekends.

The Reception were excellent and helpful. We have used this hotel for some years and even with the break for Covid we found the standards a remain the same. The restaurant also remained of high standard.
