We stayed in the glamping tent and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find it was heated. The bed was extremely comfortable and the tent was cosy with beautiful soft furnishings fairy lights and candles. There were clean, modern shared bathroom facilities in the boathouse with lovely warm showers for after a dip in the fjord and we were able to enjoy a campfire and do some fishing. Our host Henriette was incredibly friendly, great communication before we arrived, gave us a full tour of everything and checked in to make sure everything was okay during our stay.

What a great place to stay. In the room is a paper bag inviting the guests to recycle by donating a piece of clothing to the less fortunate - which is brilliant! Within walking distance of the harbour, ferrys, buses, shops and restaurants. The manager was super helpful in giving great advice on attractions and things to do. Very quiet and comfortable.

The hotel staff was great. We had a lamp that was flashing in our bathroom and because there weren't a lot of guests in the hotel, we got a free upgrade to a much bigger room. The room was perfectly clean and the breakfast was very good. Thanks to the holiday on Sunday and Monday we could also park for free.

Delightful apartment: clean, well-equipped, lovely view. Some reviews mention an ugly building in the way, but there's plenty of great view around it. It was a bonus to find some food basics in the cupboard like oil, salt etc. Excellent communication before we arrived.

The photo's of Kronborg Marina are a lie. The house shown on your website is where the caretaker stays.....not the guests. That includes the scenery from the house......we did not have that scenery.....the caretaker has it....... The bistro and bar and meals do not exist....it is closed down. More misleading information.......

Such a beautiful little hotel with the most lovely staff. We stayed in the Studio Apartment with Sea View and WOW! The view was absolutely breathtaking! We also had dinner at the hotel and it ended up being one of the best meals we had during our time in Norway. I did notice a few reviews mention the steep stairs, but honestly, that’s just part of the charm when staying in a historic building in Europe. It didn’t bother us at all and added to the authentic feel of the place.

What a characterful hotel in a wonderful location right on the sea! We had an attic room with a sweet seating area by the window. The room was cosy and warm with lots of wood and high ceilings. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen-area was well-equipped. Breakfast was very good. The staff and the owner were all very friendly and welcoming.
