I only stayed for a day, but I can confidently say that the staff is very helpful and the rooms were simple, yet sufficient. But the view was extraordinary, cant miss that. Best in the city. The location is great, it's literally in the middle of everything, a walking distance will get you everywhere thats worth going.

Fantastic old hotel on the side of the mountain with spectaculer views over Geiranger fjord. The food in the resturant was simply delicious and the breakfast perfect. The staff were both friendly and helpful. The rooms were cozy and comfitable. Highly recommended!

Cozy and green camping area with amazing views. Nice cottages with terraces facing the fjord with great views and long afternoon sun (weather dependent of course :) ). The Geiranger area is fantastic and Vinje camping is a good base for exploring. The inflatable bouncing pillow is a hit with the kids. The staff were nice and helpful, also in answering our questions before arrival.

Very spacious, cozy, comfortable. Good number of toilets, very clean, and kitchen is very complete with good cooking utensils. There is even a coffee machine which is so great. Views are good, enough parking, washing machine and dryer are also working. Netflix, wifi, TV all were functioning well.

It was a great surprise, I have enjoyed wiht my family. Perfect location with a perfect view of the fjord and next to a waterfall. The place is really confortable.

One of those exceptional places where you instantly feel at home and wish you'd booked an extra night. This guesthouse has all the grandeur and comfort you would expect when travelling a 100 years ago: from staff who carry your bags to your room, give you an introduction to the hotel and amenities available, to the lovely dinner and breakfast we enjoyed.
