We never expected to find ourselves staying in a cozy mountain cabin above the clouds—it truly felt like a fairytale retreat. The moment we arrived, we were greeted by a dreamlike atmosphere with mist swirling around the cottage, like stepping into another world. Opening the door, we were immediately charmed by the personal touch: the owner had cleverly repurposed old skis into a coat rack, a lovely nod to their passion for skiing and a great example of creative reuse. Inside, the living area was spotless and inviting, filled with a warm, homely vibe. The use of different wood tones for the floor, walls, and ceiling gave the space both character and a sense of thoughtful design. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped—we only wished we had brought some steaks to take full advantage of it! Even the bathroom exceeded our expectations: it was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable to use. This stay was peaceful, cozy, and full of delightful surprises. Highly recommended for anyone looking to escape into a little mountain paradise!

It is a really nice hut, and the host is very welcoming. A bit offroad approach, but perfectly located in a green hilly area. Very quiet and calm.

The location for skiing is good, convenient with a parking garage in the winter. The suites are well equipped, the double rooms are small, without any extras like a kettle or fridge. It is quite dark in most living rooms.

Noresund, the entrance to the Norefjell Ski and Hiking area, has everything you need to make a pleasant weekend or week-long stay in a rented cabin or apartment hotel. Grocery stores, service stations and restaurants within easy reach of a fantastic hiking area, only a couple of hours' drive from Oslo.

The hotel is right next to the ski slopes, great location for a ski trip. The room was spacious and the views were great. There is a pool with 2 jacuzzi and 2 saunas that was included in the price of the room, which was nice. There is also a SPA centre, but it comes for additional price and we haven't checked it. The breakfast and the Christmas buffet at the hotel restaurant were great, although Christmas buffet was pricey (200 eur for 2 people)

Fab location for ski-in ski-out trip. The ski centre is part of the hotel making the hiring of equipment and getting a pass really simple. The hotel is clean and dining room views are stunning. We enjoyed the pool and climbing wall - didn’t use Spa as it is adult-only. Again all well organised and clean.
