Best place to stay for 2-3 nights to explore the western part of Lofoten. Fully furnished cabin is best so you can easily cook or reheat food as your own convenient time. Most importantly to enjoy the surrounding. Immerse in the serenity atmosphere and just chill 😎

We loved Ramberg and its magnificent beach; the beach is...

We loved Ramberg and its magnificent beach; the beach is superb, and unlike Kvalvika beach, which isn't all that exceptional, there's no need to climb a mountain pass to get there! The Ramberg Resort restaurant is right next door, and we highly recommend it. The village is inhabited by locals and isn't just a tourist trap.

Ramberg is a small, quiet village located between Reine, where you can go to do the famous 1980 steps trek, and the wonderful beach of Flakstadøya, where inside the campsite, open to all, there is a wonderful sauna that allows you to then throw yourself into the sea peacefully 😅 and where you can admire a wonderful sunset.

The beach enhances Ramberg – negatives: no open restaurants or bakeries during the first week of vacation – you had to drive about 20-40 km for dinner! Recommended: Nusfjord, about 25 km away.

A small town in Lofoten, ideal for organizing trekking tours in the area and the southernmost part of the archipelago (1 hour from Reine and Aarhus). Beautiful beach. We had a lovely dinner at the on-site restaurant, which cost around €35.

Ramberg itself has a small (somewhat pricey) supermarket, perfect for things you've forgotten to bring or need fresh produce. The fruit and vegetables were delicious. There's also a souvenir shop. Its location is ideal for exploring the Lofoten Islands.

Spectacular location on Ramberg beach, which is beautiful and very well placed for many of the attractions of southern Lofoten - Nusfjord, Ryten, Reine, etc. A very comfortable house, a great living area with a kitchen stocked with basic essentials and many mod-cons. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a lovely terrace overlooking the beach. The 2 SUPs were a nice bonus and walk up Nubben if you get the chance for an amazing view.

An isolated place close to Ramberg, but having an incredible view on the beach and surrounding mountains. The place is granted with all you could need for cooking. A nice sauna with access to the beach is very close and accessible for free if you rent some surfing material.
