I chose this hotel to break up the journey down to Kristiansand and it did not disappoint. The room was large with a balcony, very clean and comfortable, restaurant was good and breakfast had a great choice. The site it broken into separate areas with hotel, cabins and camping. Play area great for kids, canoe hire for the adventurous and beautiful views. Staff were very customer focused, polite and helpful. One of the best hotels on our road trip.

We got a room in the motel, but the hotel may have been fine - we prefer a double bed. We had an excellent breakfast and also enjoyed a wonderful dinner in the restaurant for a reasonable price. This room had an electric kettle - not all places do.

Super nice hotel. Big fancy room with a balcony. The food in the restaurant was really nice: we had pizza and it was gigantic, split into two and it was still too much - but soooo good! Breakfast had everything we wanted, and it all tasted good.

Great hotel, great staff. All were very friendly and helpful. Great diner and fantastic breakfast. Fantastic view behind the hotel at the water and mountains. We spent only one night, because we were travelling further north the next day.
