The host was super kind and welcoming. Breakfast was great, with lots of Norwegian specialities to try. The place is nice and quiet, and the lake terrace is perfect for just hanging out and relaxing.

Everything! We booked this stay late in the evening as we had rented a small place for 3 days that was totally not OK! When we arrived the staff was very friendly and checked for a perfect room as we requested some space for our little puppy. Perfect home base to explore the fjørd and surroundings. The breakfast is fantastic, a plate full of local delicacies that clearly reflect the host's enthusiasm for the area. Cozy rooms that are clean, welcoming and authentic (every room is unique). Wonderful outside garden for evening drinks. I forgot my shirt after my stay, the staff sent it to me no problem!

Th location is very special in the middle of the historical place. The restaurant and the staff were very good. In general we felt like to stay at the museum. Very unique place and highly recommended!

This was by far one of the cleanest, most modern, and best-maintained accommodations of our Norway road trip. The apartment is spacious, newly done, and fully equipped with everything you could need. A special highlight is the stylish bathroom, featuring an excellent shower and a large mirror. From the window, you can enjoy stunning views across the water.
