This hotel was excellent in every respect. The delicious food, the attentive service, and the atmosphere of the room were all truly outstanding. The breakfast starting from 6:30 is perfect for those going on a fjord tour, and it’s also great that you can easily make it to the 8:00 ferry in time! The unique and distinctive space is something you can only experience at this hotel, and I highly recommend it. Although I have traveled to Bergen three times from Japan, this was my first stay here. From now on, I will definitely choose this hotel. If you are unsure about which hotel to stay at in Bergen, I strongly recommend this one. Thank you very much for everything!!

Everything was exactly as expected. The place is perfectly located. You can walk to almost all of Bergen landmarks and touristic sites and also you are close to the bus, train station and light rail to get to the airport very easy. The personal is very kind and everything feels so smooth and automated. If I’m back to Bergen, I’ll definitely stay here again. I highly recommend to use the discount at “byROMMET” buffet, it was my favourite place to have breakfast during my stay.

Lovely modern property in a great location! Rooms were spacious considering we payed for the economy double room we had lots of room and it was very clean thanks to a daily cleaning service. Had a coffee maker, mugs and tea bags and sugar included, had to ask for a kettle but was provided when we asked reception. Iron and ironing board also available upon request at reception. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had every option imaginable and so delicious!

Location: Excellent. The hotel is located near the Bergen harbour, walking distance from the ship cruises, to the funicular to the Floyen mountain and to the Berghuis castle. Also fish market, many shops and restaurants are nearby. Staff: Very helpful, patient and polite. Gave many good advises. Room: Standard room. Not particularly spacious, but well equipped and very clean. The same goes for the bathroom. Breakfast: Excellent. In the nearby restaurant (Soya?). Very tasty, superb quality (and quantity...) An important bonus is that the coffee machine can be used at any time, and it is on the house.

Great location, very close to tourist areas, shopping, eating options, train station etc. Very comfortable rooms, spacious. We had a corner suite which was perfect for a family. Restaurant and bar were fantastic, we particularly enjoyed the breakfasts. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good wifi.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at this hotel for our honeymoon. The staff were incredibly kind and surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade, which was greatly appreciated. To our even greater delight, we found a bottle of champagne and delicious chocolates waiting for us in the room as a honeymoon gift. It was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture. The service was impeccable throughout our stay. Highly recommend!
